Industrial Pre-Treatment Program

Program Overview:
The Middlesex County Utilities Authority Industrial Pretreatment Program (IPP) oversees Industrial Users for compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.  The MCUA IPP received its New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) approval in June of 1984.  Since its inception, the MCUA IPP has been effective in protecting the Central Treatment Plant and the local community through the issuance of permits, notices of violations, and enforcement actions that have reduced and/or maintained the concentration of pollutants of concern entering the Central Treatment Plant.

Electronic Submittals of Self-Monitoring Reports:
Electronic Self-Monitoring Reports for permitted Industrial Users can be located through the Authority’s web-based information system at https://account-acp.aquaticinformatics.net/SignIn
